the breakfast had so much choice i appreciated it.

i was disappointed the room felt very basic and not very modern. the price felt steep for a single night. i was told the hotel garage was full, so i used a nearby car park that cost €24, i was not aware of this charge beforehand.

The location is very convenient to ferries, shopping, and the cable car. My room featured a beautiful lake view (i especially liked the mountain view!). The bathroom was large and recently updated.

The traffic noise was noticeably bad in the mornings.

location i found was perfect. staff they were super friendly plus helpful always. the rooms are cleaned very thoroughly. amazing view i did enjoy. i super recommend this hotel because everything was amazing and i cant wait to be back.

the room furniture is needing some serious updating now. the hotel old world style i know, but an interior decorator would freshen up the room look. i was amazed the duvet inners didnt have covers. this is unhygienic because i doubt the duvet inners get washed after each stay?

location have direct access for town centre. this hotel serves as the greatest hub, travel possible to all surrounding activities. i would highly recommend this venue and gladly return if ever back around here.

my bedroom did overlook the lake, and it was pretty comfortable. size room are good, modern bathroom i enjoyed. everything felt fresh to me and very clean after a long day walking around the city.

breakfast was good plus it had plenty choices always. restaurant meals taste excellent also. i found everything easy, quick, and tasty every single morning and was a plus for starting the day.

excellent service i always had through the entire trip. all staff were always helpful and very friendly for all needs. i never reminded me of a bother when asking assistance which helped a lot.
